Wrapping up the session, Denise opens the full map and is confronted with the scale of the goblin nursery carnage — and Reece caps the night off with an exasperated 'mama needs a drink.'
The session's winding down, everyone's shifting into wrap-up mode, and then Denise pulls up the full map.
"The babies, all the babies," she says, the reveal from earlier suddenly rendered in full, undeniable detail. "Oh shit, you open up the map, I can see all the goblin babies."
There's no unseeing it now — every little marker, laid out across the nursery the party leveled without realizing what it was. It's Reece who lands the only reasonable closing line the night has left. "That's like a cameo," he says. "I need a drink. Mama needs a drink."
